Non-Refundable Once Published
Once an article is successfully published on the selected news platforms, payments are non-refundable.
Refund Before Publication
If payment is made but the article has not been published within the promised timeline (4–6 hours, or as per agreed schedule), a full refund will be processed.
If the client chooses to cancel the publication before editing or processing has started, a refund will be initiated after deducting basic admin/processing charges.
In Case of Rejection
If the article is rejected by the editorial team and cannot be published, the client will receive a 100% refund.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 working days.
